There are four answers in the post…

Three (3) for obvious questions, and the fourth (4th) regarding the object in the background (e. g., It’s visual description or definition).

As the answers are subjective, the ultimate goal of this exercise is to determine your level of EQ or “Emotional growth”.

For example: 
How did you arrive at your answer?  Was it based upon following what a specific group or collective says it should be?  The visual portion?  The words themselves? 

By playing it off by saying that you do understand, when in fact you have no clue?

Perceives information…  Cognitive recognition…  Learned behavior…
